From Jessica Tran, the founder of @jtmobiledetailing, who says 60% of customers choose her car detailing shop because they saw her on TikTok, to Jaz & Sam Sears, the owners and operators of @aztaco.king who grew their business from a food cart in a parking lot to two restaurants in less than six months, we've seen small businesses create joyful, authentic content and translate their TikTok communities to game-changing success. This month, and every month, we not only recognize these incredible brands, we celebrate them.


Throughout the month of May, we'll be hosting our first-ever TikTok Takeoff webinar series, where you can hear directly from small businesses that are finding success on TikTok, as well as learn from TikTok experts on how you can bring your own campaigns to life with our tips and best practices. Sandro Rocco, founder and CEO of Sanzo

Founder Sandro Rocco, a Queens-born Filipino American, was walking through a popular Asian supermarket in Manhattan’s Koreatown when he noticed a huge gap between the modern, clean labels of the new-age “American” brands and the preservative- and sugar-laden labels of the legacy Asian brands. He knew then that his goal was simple: celebrate high quality Asian flavors that for decades have been masked by added sugars.


Sandro and his team have created Sanzo, the first Asian-inspired sparkling water made with real fruit and no added sugar. Sanzo bridges cultures, East to West, by offering authentic Asian flavors like Lychee, Pomelo, Calamansi, Mango and Yuzu with Ginger.

Fiona Co Chan, founder and CEO of Youthforia

Founder Fiona Co Chan launched Youthforia in 2021 from an idea that sparked right when COVID hit. Perhaps it was the inability to go out and see people, but Fiona kept coming back to this idea that the best part of wearing makeup is going out with your friends, and sometimes that means forgetting to take your makeup off. She really wanted makeup that was good for your skin, so good you could sleep in it.


Fiona's new view on makeup and passion for green chemistry led her to build a clean and sustainable cosmetics company with skin-friendly ingredients.
