The Objective

NEST New York designs fragrance collections that use scent to transport, inspire, and captivate the senses. They saw an opportunity to leverage TikTok to reach and convert new, prospective customers, particularly during a high traffic sales moment. This was the first major campaign that they ran through TikTok.


The Solution

NEST launched an 8-week campaign in partnership with agency Chameleon Collective to drive brand consideration and generate website traffic during peak holiday gift-giving season. The campaign was comprised of 13 creator videos, including two videos produced via TikTok Creator Exchange (TTCX). They ran Spark Ads, an easy way for brands to boost organic content as ads, as well as Catalog Ads, which helped to showcase their holiday product selection. Videos featured their Black Friday/Cyber Monday sale, best-sellers, and seasonal gift ideas. Ads were paired with interactive in-app overlay elements like Display Cards with a clear call-to-action, further incentivizing customer clicks.


The Results

NEST leaned into the busy shopping season to drive community engagement and sales - generating over 59.7K clicks and 6M+ impressions. Top performing content included videos procured via TikTok Creator Exchange as well as select influencer videos procured by the brand. Videos paired with add-ons like Display Cards generated twice as many clicks as videos without these elements. The campaign produced a 0.97% click-through rate, outperforming TikTok’s own benchmark CTR (0.58% - 0.87%), proving creative effectiveness. 94% of those who visited their website via TikTok were new users*. NEST New York showed the impact of using TikTok-first content and dynamic ads to drive traffic and capitalize on a busy shopping moment.
