The brand's playful and engaging content resonated immediately with TikTok users. Converting viewers to paying customers

However, the first step was to build credibility for his business and shape Nana Hats' image. Sean knew that a viewer's perception of a brand could change drastically if they had 5,000 followers versus 50,000 followers.
