Kiala Nutrition is a female-focused nutrition brand that offers quality supplements to target both the performance goals and the unique nutritional needs of women. Historically, Kiala Nutrition struggled to creatively engage with their target demographic (US females, ages 18-34) on other platforms. Since the brand already has an established organic community on TikTok (14.5K followers, thousands of video views), they were interested in using TikTok to further boost awareness amongst key audiences and scale business revenue.


The Solution

Kiala Nutrition used TikTok to promote their Super Greens supplement powder designed to reduce bloating, improve gut health and more. The brand partnered with creators within their target demographic to develop relatable and engaging content. Creators shared engaging product reviews and relatable experiences, leveraged trending sounds, used quick transitions and more. To maximize reach, Kiala used Spark Ads to boost the content directly in their Ads Manager. This was an easy way for Kiala to use authentic creator videos as ads to build awareness and enhance the overall user experience. Finding high value customers is extremely important as this helps to increase conversion and ROAS. With the Shopify pixel, Kiala was able to activate Value-Based Optimization, ensuring that their branded solutions reached people most likely to spend money on their products. For Kiala, this meant targeting females ages 18-34 who have historically made purchases and have the ability to spend $50 on a nutritious drink.

The Results

With a winning creative strategy, this campaign delivered outstanding results, driving over 75.3M video impressions and a 43% decrease in CPA for the brand. By using a clear call-to-action in creator videos, Kiala gained 10.6K+ conversions and drove over 301K clicks to their website. Kiala Nutrition demonstrated the power of leaning into TikTok's unique community and design. The brand allowed creativity to do the work by amplifying authentic, relatable content to their target audience.Ultimately, Kiala strongly believes that TikTok has provided them the platform they need to successfully engage with their key consumer and drive conversion.
