Helping holiday home provider Esmark promote its vacancies with a traffic campaign in Denmark
Esmark is a popular holiday home provider on Denmark’s North Sea coast. To build awareness around its upcoming vacancies, Esmark came to TikTok for a recruitment campaign with a difference – hoping to attract aspiring applicants across the country with a fresh take on the job advert.
Together with their current employees and the team at Jakob Strehlow GmbH, Esmark ran an entertaining and highly authentic In-Feed Ad campaign using TikTok Ads Manager. With a diverse cast all engaged in TikTok-style dances based on a cleaning theme, the ad was a refreshing take on the classic recruitment video – at the same time as showcasing the lighter side of working for Esmark.
The Esmark In-Feed Ad campaign was set up with a traffic objective, and utilised age targeting to serve the ads to people over 25 years old, all controlled through the Ads Manager.
The Esmark campaign was incredibly successful, yielding a great deal of positive results for the brand and its employment drive. The campaign generated over 49,000 clicks with a CPM 4.5 times lower than other platforms, pulling in an impressive 150 applications while the ads were live. And proving the unique creative appeal of TikTok as a platform, the campaign even attracted a Danish TV report about the hilarious recruitment videos.
