ChevyPlan Ecuador is a company belonging to General Motors and the Chevrolet Dealer Network, with more than 17 years of presence in Ecuador. Its main objective is to promote the planned purchase of Chevrolet vehicles, offering customers a variety of plans to suit their financial needs. Helping a wide range of consumers to fulfill the dream of buying their car.

From traditional vendors to TikTok Creators



With the rise of TikTok in Ecuador and the quality of its audience, the brand has identified the perfect scenario to achieve two key objectives in our marketing strategy. First, they sought to generate awareness around the brand, positioning it as a solid alternative for those who wish to purchase a new vehicle with various financing options. Second, they set out to generate leads at a highly competitive cost.


In Chevyplan for the first time they used real commercial advisors, the same ones you find in physical points of sale. They shared, from their experience the benefits of the scheduled purchase, interest rate, plans with or without down payment and delivery date of the vehicle. This type of content generated 55% of total conversions, using Video Shopping Ads with Catalog and Display Card ads for the lower part of the funnel. Through the TikTok formats, Chevyplan was able to obtain quality leads, fueling more sales.

Thanks to a Full Funnel strategy, Chevyplan brand results on TikTok have exceeded the client's expectations, transforming the platform into more than just an awareness generator; it has also become an effective driver of Lower Funnel results, specifically in product sales.


During the campaign, they were able to generate more than 103 million impressions, capturing the attention of a qualified audience that showed genuine interest in the benefits that ChevyPlan offered. These efforts translated into more than 260,000 clicks to the website, which represented a new universe of qualified users for our sales force. In the process, Chevyplan was able to sign up more than 17,000 new users, providing them with a solid foundation for their growth strategy.


The registrations obtained in TikTok not only remained in digital metrics; they translated directly into tangible results, contributing to the sale of scheduled purchase plans for Chevrolet vehicles in Ecuador.


In short, TikTok has proven to be a strategic channel that has provided ChevyPlan with a tangible impact on all of their campaign objectives.
