The Objective

Offering education accessibility

Uk University had a clear vision of where they wanted to go and the results they intended to achieve. Once they realized the impressive results that TikTok offers in terms of connecting people with brands, they decided that it was crucial to dive into the most used and relevant entertainment platform in Mexico.


Their educational model is aimed at accessibility and for this conversion campaign they wanted to target Mexicans with a maximum of high school/secondary education who were seeking to improve their job opportunities with a bachelor's degree or to advance in their current job thanks to a university education. They were looking for people interested who wanted to improve themselves, interested in technology and in topics related to their academic offering, and they also wanted to target an audience that was not able to continue their education at some point.


The Solution

Improving conversion rates with creativity

The main challenge was in creativity. The client had started with creatives that they produced ourselves; however, that did not provide the expected results. Thanks to the support from the TikTok team, they discovered TTCX, a platform that would facilitate the process since they would only need to fill out a brief focused on the business and marketing objectives, to then receive ready-to-use creative pieces for their advertising campaigns.



The Results

The use of creative videos attracted a very large audience, that along with the objectives of Lead Generation subsequently led to the creation of a database, and, most importantly, it provided them with a very good conversion rate, from leads to enrollees.


There was an outstanding conversion generated in a short period of time, a large audience was attracted and they gained digital presence. Additionally, they were able to show themselves, an educational institution, in a different way to the industry. TTCX contributed with:


- 23.43% of the leads

- 29.66% of the total conversion rate

- Increasing the convention rate, from 1.40% to 1.88%
