The Objective

Generating new leads in a cost-effective way

Educatly are study abroad experts, connecting students with Universities and offering over 100,000 courses in 90 countries. Founded in 2021 by Mohmmed El Sonbaty and with bases in Dublin, Barcelona, Cairo and Dubai, Educatly came to TikTok to generate a steady stream of new leads, with the lowest possible cost-per-lead so they could boost the number of enrollments across its higher education courses.


The Solution

Reaching a high quality audience with TikTok

Educatly launched on TikTok in summer 2021, and using TikTok Video Editor, created organic content in-house. They placed a big emphasis on their educationally inspired creatives having a native TikTok feel, and ensured there was always a clear call to action.


Using TikTok SparkAds to promote this content to a broad audience, they shifted location targeting depending on their business needs and used TikTok's custom API to integrate with their own CRM platform in order to increase efficiencies.


The Results

A successful result

Educatly has become a real education success story on TikTok, and are now widely known as the “TikTok company” in Egypt, one of their key markets, because of their paid activity.

Their campaign gained a huge 400+ impressions, a CVR of 6.93%, and generated over 15K high quality leads, with an average cost per lead of €1.50.

They also had over 2M 6-second video views and have seen their brand awareness soar thanks to their presence on TikTok.
