UAG School of Medicine is a medical school in Latin America offering a rigorous, integrated, and innovative education model. The UAG school of medicine was interested in running their first lead generation campaign to build a pipeline of students interested in their medical school program.


The Solution

UAG School of Medicine started a Lead Generation campaign on TikTok, using Spark Ads and a native Lead Generation form. With a target customer in mind, UAG School of Medicine used Age and Interest Targeting in their TikTok campaign, focused on users 18-34 with interests in higher education, oversees education, and language training. From a creative messaging standpoint and to maintain authenticity, they highlighted real students talking about their school experience. TikTok videos were also tailored to English and Spanish-speaking audiences. In addition, they followed best practices regarding video length (15-25 seconds), and used 3-5 creative variations per ad group.


The Results

As a result of UAG School of Medicine's strategic targeting and creative campaign setup, they saw tremendous success with this TikTok Lead Generation campaign, resulting in a 2.1% conversion rate, a total reach of 1.3M, and a total of 1.21M video views. Moreover, they saw CPC lowered by 80%, CPM by 50%, and CPA by 88% compared to their previous Lead Generation campaign. Seeing success with TikTok Lead generation Campaigns, UAG School of Medicine plans to invest in a full-funnel strategy on the platform. The institution currently runs Community Interaction Campaign on TikTok, which has resulted in organic growth for their company accounts (4,400+ followers to date) and plans on launching a View Content Campaign to build interest in their programs and nurture potential leads with custom audiences and retargeting.
