Boosting App installs for ATM Gaming with In-Feed Ads
ATM Gaming create physical and online card games, designed to unite people around the world through humor. Its goal is to bring laughter and light hearted fun to everyone, believing that it's good to not take life too seriously.Over the holiday period in 2021, ATM Gaming wanted to increase App downloads of their game DAFUQ. Inspired by party games like Cards Against Humanity, Picolo, Exposed and Truth or Dare, DAFUQ is a fun party game. With people coming together for the holidays, it was a great opportunity to launch an app install campaign.
ATM Gaming worked with creators to develop content that was authentic, entertaining and a little cheeky, while also ensuring that it fitted naturally within the TikTok platform.
It used TikTok's In-Feed Ads to boost this content into user's For You feed, targeting a broad audience of 18-34 years olds, as they knew this market was a key demographic for the DAFUQ game.It also planned the campaign in the build up to New Year's Eve, in-order to maximse the number of App downloads ahead of party season.
The campaign worked brilliantly for ATM Gaming, with almost 15,000 downloads during the holiday period. The creator-made content fit perfectly into In-Feed Ads, resulting in a hugely impressive reach of 1.6 million and leading to a low cost-per-install (CPI) of €0.2 thanks to its authentic and engaging content.
