- Requests to access or delete may have been denied due to factors such as:
- The requestor failed OR did not respond to our authentication process;
- The request was denied to protect the rights and freedoms of others;
- The data OR account could not be found or had already been deleted by the requestor.
- TikTok does not, and did not, sell or share personal information as defined under CCPA, and therefore did not process requests for opt-out of sale or share.
- The aforementioned metrics do not include instances where TikTok users have self-exercised their right to delete OR download their data via the in-app functionality instead of using the privacy webform.
