I've got the POWER: Actimel brings its content right next to the top 4% of user generated content with TikTok Pulse
Actimel, the healthy yogurt drink that supports your immune system* and helps you successfully meet the challenges of everyday life. The brand came to TikTok to launch its new Actimel POWER** and educate the community on how the additional vitamins C and B12 are the perfect energy boost to get ready for any adventure!
Actimel's main campaign objective was to attract attention among young target groups with the goal of increasing reach and measuring brand lift.
In collaboration with the Berlin creative agency Joli and Wavemaker as its media partner, Actimel designed its content with a Gen Z focus . Popular creators discovered the new Actimel POWER themselves - and were thrilled with the results. The creator videos were delivered as ads with reach and frequency to support the campaign goals.
To introduce the new POWER drink, the target group was reached via Interactive Add-Ons in the form of Pop-out Showcase, Stickers and other visual elements and was rewarded with lots of interaction .
But that wasn't all, Actimel also launched its campaign, the first in the food & beverage segment in Germany, with TikTok Pulse . With Pulse, brands get the chance to seamlessly secure placements alongside the top 4% of UGC content across categories, providing a completely brand-safe brand exposure on a large scale .
Finally, Actimel strategically utilised smart bundling by launching Top Feed Ads and Spark Ads.
The combination of creator content, TikTok Pulse, Top Feed and Spark Ads proved the success of Actimel's smart bundling strategy. A Brand Lift Study revealed a 21.7% lift in ad recall, a 11.6% lift in brand awareness and a 5.9% lift in message association.
We wanted to maximise our content reach and effectiveness and TikTok, as a trending platform, was ideal for this. Our partners were also important: Joli Berlin, who supported us with native content for TikTok and of course Wavemaker and TikTok themselves for the optimal media setup. We were the first brand from the food segment in Germany to use TikTok Pulse and were able to achieve fantastic results.
