The hypothesis driving this initiative was that creator content could surpass branded assets in driving behavioral change among the audience. To test and learn, Samsung Turkiye implemented A/B testing and meticulously analyzed the overall performance results.

In pursuit of their objective, Samsung Turkiye strategically collaborated with six local creators, optimizing their partnership through the TikTok Creator Marketplace (TTCM) solution. This approach aimed to maximize collaboration, business results, and overall efficiency. The Samsung Flip creator-led creatives resonated exceptionally well with the TikTok community, translating into the desired business results.

Concurrently, the campaign boasted a significant +71% improvement in cost per add to cart, (compared to 2023 performance campaigns avg. with brand-led assets) reflecting its impactful influence on user engagement and conversion metrics. These combined outcomes underscore the strategic triumphs of Samsung Turkiye's approach to leveraging local creators through TTCM for campaign success.

Samsung Galaxy Flip5, one of the biggest launches of the year in smartphone category, found TikTok to be one of the most suitable platforms for its target audience. Thanks to the local TikTok creators we collaborated with on this project, we were able to capture TikTok's local audience and implement our full-funnel strategy. Through the creator content we utilized, we observed a major improvement in both awareness and lower-funnel metrics.
