Driving in-store traffic and increasing brand awareness for luxury home décor and kitchen design business


Al Khaleejion Kitchens started out as a Dammam-based business, specializing in kitchen designs – in high demand at the time – to local homeowners. Over time, their enterprise evolved to include luxurious wooden kitchens, countertops made of Nuchen stone, and other elements that were driving innovation in kitchen design at the time. Priding themselves on their ethos of constant innovation and elevation, the company’s services continue to evolve and advance the home décor and kitchen design industries with each new collection. Today, they offer innovative and modern designs that highlight the best and most luxurious raw materials imported from Europe.


With the intention of launching their latest collection, and evolving their existing brand presence on TikTok, @alkhaleejionkitchens opted to create advertising campaigns that would serve two primary objectives: to increase footfall in their physical location, and to increase overall brand awareness among men and women aged twenty-five and over, in their local markets of Jeddah, Riyadh and Eastern Province

While their existing content typically featured client experience videos, showcasing successfully completed projects, and spotlights on latest available designs, they would need to expand their horizons and begin testing a strategic mix of advertising products in order to achieve success with their campaigns.



The solution

Boosting digital and physical conversions via Spark Ads, TopView, and creator partnerships


For their end-of-season campaign, Al Khaleejion Kitchens focused on three central advertising tactics for maximum return on ad spend: SparkAds, TopView, and strategic creator partnerships.


The brand chose to collaborate with select TikTok influencers and creators who held a strong presence in their content niche of home décor and interior design. Three creators, @interior_designas, @wjoudsdesign, and @bothina_art, were chosen as the campaign partners as they each held significant following, produced creative content, and aligned with the brand’s desired audiences thanks to their focus on design.


With both original content and content generated by their influencer partners, the brand employed SparkAds, TikTok’s native ad formats enabling organic posts to be leveraged in advertising campaigns, to further extend the reach of the videos shared both by their brand account and by their creator partners.


Lastly, they employed TopView for maximum advertising impact. This is TikTok’s ad tool that showcase video ad content to users when they first open the TikTok app. These TopView ads are highlighted before any other video, via an impactful, full-screen, full-audio experience that allows brands to capture users’ attentions from the second they log onto the app.

Using TikTok's distinctive advertising platform tools, the team at Al Khaleejion Kitchens were able to successfully craft ads that captivated their target audiences’ attentions and incited them to take action both online and in their brick-and-mortar locations.


Their campaigns generated 5.8 million video views, as well as a reach of 3.2 million, making their objective of increasing brand awareness well achieved. When it comes to their goal of increasing footfall in their retail stores, they saw a 29% spike in store visits as a direct result of the campaigns.
