Slow oven roasted brisket😍 This was a 3 1/2 pound brisket. I did roast low and slow. If you have a larger brisket, you will want to up your roasting time. I thoroughly coated my brisket on both sides and edges with my rub. For my rub, I used a blend of brown swerve, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, chilli powder, paprika, cocoa powder, and cumin. Everything was measured by heart of course, but you could totally use which ever a rub you prefer. I had a little bit of water to my roasting pan, with some liquid smoke, and then cover Tailey with my foil before roasting. I roasted at 275°F for 4 hours. Allow 30 minutes to rest and cool before slicing and enjoying.
