The Objective

Caseharden is a Thai fashion accessories brand offering its customers versatile selection of bags and accessories for everyday use. Catering to all genders and ages – from students to working adults – they keep their designs simple with a touch of luxury, but at wallet-friendly prices. With a mission to become the go-to bag brand in Asia, they wanted to grow their brand awareness and reach more potential customers beyond leased spaces in departments stores, but online as well. With TikTok growing in popularity amongst digital audiences in Thailand, Caseharden started their brand account and posted videos regularly.


Within a year, Caseharden saw a gradual increase in revenue from the platform, accounting for half of their total online revenue. To keep the momentum going, they decided to explore TikTok’s suite of advertising solutions while pushing out quality content and growing their presence on the platform.



The Solution

Through their Spark Ads campaign, Caseharden recorded more than 1 million total video views and gained over 5K followers. Overtime, their advertising strategy on the platform, coupled with the setup of their TikTok Shop, drove an impressive 100% uplift in Product Sales and Basket Sizes, demonstrating the impact of growing a community on TikTok.
