In order to do so, the brand decided to prioritise building its presence on TikTok to elevate brand visibility, foster meaningful customer engagement, and fuel the growth of sales.



The Solution

Using livestream videos to optimise operational costs and increase sales

To kick off its TikTok journey, Yody formed a dedicated team focused on establishing and expanding its presence on TikTok Shop. After conducting various trials and experiments, Yody discovered that live stream videos were the most effective solution for engaging with their audience and conducted a minimum of four live sessions daily to showcase its fashion collections and introduce new arrivals, captivating viewers and enticing them to make purchases.


TikTok's live stream sessions brought multiple advantages to Yody, including reduced operational costs, access to a vast customer base, and streamlined onboarding for new staff members. In addition, by leveraging TikTok Shop, Yody was able to track user behavior and conversion rates in real-time, enabling them to optimise operations and deliver impactful live stream experiences. By employing data-driven strategies and analytics, Yody is also able to ensure that each TikTok livestream is carefully crafted and tailored with compelling content that resonates with their audience, ultimately driving engagement and driving sales.



The Result

Over 10,000 orders generated from TikTok per month

TikTok Shop has become a significant contributor to Yody's online revenue, accounting for approximately 15% of their total earnings. Since joining TikTok, the brand has consistently been averaging an impressive 9,000 to 14,000 orders per month at a minimum value of 200,000 VND, demonstrating the strong appeal of Yody's TikTok strategies among its target audience. Content on TikTok also saw an average click-through rate (CTR) of 30-40% and its viral hashtag #yody surpassed 1 billion views, solidifying Yody's position as a highly recognised and influential fashion brand within the TikTok community.


Building upon these achievements, Yody is gearing up to launch an exciting new brand. The brand also aims to extend its reach and captivate a broader audience by working on more collaborations with content creators and through the creation of trendy videos. To drive further growth, Yody has also planned round-the-clock live stream sessions, ensuring continuous engagement with their audience. These strategic initiatives are designed to boost sales and elevate Yody's brand presence on TikTok to unprecedented levels.
