The objective

HydroClean Indonesia is an Indonesian SMB specialising in home professional cleaning services. In May 2024, they launched a TikTok Instant Messaging Ads campaign, optimising towards ‘Conversations’ and directing customers to an external instant messaging app for consultation and appointment booking. 


The solution and results

HydroClean targeted women aged 25-54 in key Indonesian cities. Their creatives emphasised the warmth and professionalism of their services through engaging tactics like service demos or ASMR videos.



These settings, combined with optimising for "Conversations," led to a 74% lower Cost per Conversation. This drove more qualified leads and sales opportunities for HydroClean compared to a previous campaign that optimised for "Clicks."


HydroClean also effectively manages conversations with customers with the help of TikTok’s partner, Pancake, a platform that helps business to effectively manage customer messages, sales, and order fulfilment across various media channels.
