RECIPE ⬇️⬇️⬇️ . ingredients: 800g of russet potatoes 200ml of fat free milk minced garlic salt, pepper, onion powder can’t believe it’s not butter spray . directions: 1. boil a large pot of water and salt it HEAVILY 2. peel 800g of potatoes (doesn’t have to be perfect) 3. chop the potatoes up into small cubes 4. drop the potato cubes into the boiling water and let sit until extremely soft (usually takes around 10-15 minutes) 5. strain the potatoes then place into a large mixing bowl 6. add in fat free milk and stir 7. you can add more or less milk depending on the desired consistency 8. add in salt, pepper, onion powder, minced garlic, and butter spray to taste 9. mix again 10. enjoy! . #recipe #lowcalorie #highprotein #healthy #fatloss #weightloss #healthyfood
