Soop Het (lao mushroom salad) we usually make soop phak which is with other veggies that you can add (your preference) like snow peas, broccoli, black fungus mushroom, any mushrooms, green onions, etc whatever you like👍🏼 ✨prep veggies ✨mince garlic ✨slice up ginger & shallots ✨cut up cilantro and vietnamese coriander ✨wash and boil mushroom (and veggies that you choose) for about 5-8 mins ✨remove, drain, rinse in cold water.
