The struggle to hit your protein target is real for many. It does vary massively for me- but here’s a sample day, nothing fancy, but what a day of 200grams looks like for me. Tip: Starting the day with a protein rich meal will is usually a good way to set yourself up if you do struggle to eat enough protein. Recipes and meals all via the app (link in bio).. most of these take less than 10-15mins to prep and make. Again, nothing fancy. 🤌🏾👊🏾
