This year I’m in charge of my families Christmas Eve dinner 🎄😅 This meal was highly requested so I wanted to share with you all what’s on the menu and how you can easily make it as well 🥰 Crispy Chicken Costoletta 🤤👩🏽🍳 Ingredients ⬇️ ✨Crusted Chicken: - Thin sliced chicken breast - Eggs - Flour, season with old bay, black pepper, onion powder, garlic and herb - Panko Italian Bread Crumbs - Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chicken and cook on both sides until golden brown ✨Asparagus: - Preheat oven to 400 degrees - Season asparagus with minced garlic, black pepper, onion powder, garlic and herb, a little seasoning salt - Cook asparagus in oven for 15 minutes ✨Mashed Potato- Use potatoes of choice - Boil until you can stick a fork in it, then drain water - Add butter, milk, parsley, parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic paste, paprika, seasoning salt. - Mash until well combined. Add more milk & butter if you like them more on the smooth side. ✨Sauce: - Sauté 2tbsp butter & 1 tbsp minced garlic - Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - 1 tbsp old bay or cajun seasoning - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - Fresh parsley - Squeeze half a lemon, stir Happy Holidays!
