Brandon Ingram was a serious star during his singular season at Duke. The 6’9 NC native averaged 17.3 PPG, 6.8 RPG, 2.0 APG, and 1.4 blocks in 34.6 minutes per game. He received a long list of accolades in one season including USBWA Freshman All-American honors, All-District 2 first team honors, a consensus second-team All-ACC pick and the consensus ACC Freshman of the Year. He was also one of five finalists for the Julius Erving Small Forward of the Year award and was named Rookie of the Week four different times. He was Duke’s leading scorer in the 2016 NCAA tournament where he averaged 23 PPG along with 6.3 RPG and 2.7 APG. A combination of tremendous length, defensive playmaking, and smooth athleticism. A 6’9” wing with a 7’3” wingspan who can move like a guard and create his own shot! #brandoningram #dukebasketball #rodwave #cbbcthrowback
