✨🍭Satisfy your Sour Patch cravings with these healthier Sour Candy Blackberries. ✨In 2021, my Sour Candy Grapes went viral so I thought it would be fun to swap out the grapes for blackberries and it did not disappoint. I would love to see your creations. ✨Ingredients✨ 3-4 cups blackberries, washed 1 cup pineapple juice 1 lemon, juiced 1 cup granulated monk fruit 1 tbsp citric acid (more or less depending on how sour you want the blackberries) 1. Clean and dry the blackberries. Cover a large baking dish with parchment paper 2. Place the blackberries in a large bowl along with the pineapple and lemon juice. Mix together using a spoon and allow to sit in the fridge for 15-20 minutes. 3. Transfer the Monk Fruit sweetener into a medium bowl along with the citric acid. Mix together. 4. Remove the blackberries from the fridge and strain. Use the juice for cocktails/mocktails if you don’t want to throw out. 5. Add 3/4 of the monk fruit mixture over the blackberries. Reserve the rest for 6. Transfer the coated blackberries onto the parchment paper and freeze for 2-3 hours.
