1. Preheat oven to 275F
2.Allow the steaks to come to room temp. Generously season the steak front and back with coarse salt or seasoning of choice.
ā”ļøTIP: I love using hickory smoked sea salt
3. Place the seasoned room temp steaks onto a rack along with a meat thermometer. Cook between 20-35 minutes depending on how you like it. I go for medium with an internal temp of 125F so about 20-25 minutesāØHere are internal temps: 105°F for rare, 115°F for medium-rare, 125°F for medium, or 135°F for medium-well
ā”ļøTIP: 10 minutes before the steaks are done add in your cast iron skillet to the oven to get the pan nice and hot.
4. Remove the steaks from the oven. Remove the hot cast iron skillet from the oven and place over medium high heat on the stove along with some butter or avocado oil.
5. Sear the steaks for 50-60 seconds on each side. Right before they are done throw in some butter and coat each steak with the melted butter. This is optional but adds a lot of flavor. They are done when internal temp is 125F for medium.

āØEvery Friday is pizza night at our house! This week we are making it spooky with these fun ghost pizzas. My girls loved getting in the kitchen and making these with me. These simple pizzas are a great way to get your kiddos involved in the kitchen!
āØIngredientsāØ
4 English muffins, split (for a total of 8 halves)
1 cup pizza sauce
8 mozzarella cheese slices
10-15 small black olives (cut into small pieces for eyes)
1. Preheat oven to 350F. Cut the cheese into ghost using a ghost cookie cutter.
2. Add pizza sauce to each English muffin and top with ghost cheese. Add pieces of olives for the eyes.
3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melty. Enjoy!

ā¢8 cups mixed greens (2 cups per jar)

ā¢1/2 cup diced cucumbers (2 tbsp per jar)
ā¢1/4 cup diced red bell pepper (1 tbsp per jar)
ā¢1 cup shredded cabbage (1/4 cup per jar)
ā¢1/4 cup chopped green onion (1 tbsp per jar)
ā¢4 cuties (peeled)
ā¢1/4 cup crispy chow mein noodles 1 tbsp per jar (or sub cashews)
āØPEANUT DRESSINGāØ
ā¢1/4 cup peanut butter (for lower calories mix powdered peanut butter mixed with water)
ā¢1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
ā¢2 1/2 tbsp rice vinegar
ā¢1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup or honey for lower sugar use monk fruit syrup
