Objective


Shine is a responsible professional account, 100% online, in addition to being a real administrative co-pilot for all types of businesses, from freelancers to companies.


Their ambition was to diversify their acquisition funnel with TikTok and obtain qualified leads with a CPL (Cost Per Lead) below the target.






Solution



Shine  leveraged a suite of ad products to achieve their objective. The brand adopted smart performance campaign, a combo of TikTok’s automation solutions, and developed native TikTok creatives by activating our TikTok Creative Exchange program.


Shine also optimized their signals part by adopting event API in addition to pixel and advanced matching set up.


This setup helps us to improve ad delivery, audience creation and full-funnel measurement.



Results



The campaign was extremely successful. In 6 months we obtained a reduction of the CPL by 55% and the number of conversions increased by 189%.


We also were able to measure the impact of implementing eAPI through a causal methodology.

With +48% of events received in total, we had +94% of conversions attributed to TikTok campaigns. 


Conclusion :  more signals further helps the bidding algorithm to reach better qualified prospects.
