The Objective

Nurraysa is an E-Commerce and dropshipping management platform of beauty products based in Malaysia. Having built a platform on TikTok with a loyal community of advocates, they wanted to grow their portfolio of dropshippers and needed a solution to effectively target and generate leads. The brand hired digital marketing agency Proudlab PLT for their digital marketing and advertising services, and wanted to launch a Lead Generation campaign with the newly launched Question Card Instant Form feature.


The Solution

With the goal of attracting more dropshippers to their platform, ProudLab PLT created a Question Card form on behalf of Nurraysa to assess interest of users and collect leads through their integrated CRM on LeadsBridge. With an enhanced form design, the Question Card makes the form fill experience more interactive and engaging for users, improving both the quantity and quality of leads data collected. As Nurraysa requires their dropshippers to go through a thorough onboarding process, having only one question on each page of the Question Card streamlines the form fill experience for users, while allowing them to obtain useful information before reaching out to users who are interested.



The Results

Compared to using a Blank Form, the adoption of Question Card resulted in a 9% increase in number of leads collected at 11% lower Cost Per Lead, while at least 29% more leads converted to a customer. The results are a proofpoint to the uplift in leads quality, allowing Nurraysa to maximise the cost efficiency of their ad campaign while improving the user experience of engaged viewers.
