Freshdoze’s drinks contain a variety of enhanced nutrients and vitamins, have zero added sugars and fat, and are low-calorie.


Freshdoze is a novel, ready-to-drink product that is easily accessible across Thailand. The drink comes in an innovative cup that customers can easily attach onto standard plastic water bottles. Once attached, customers can press onto the top of the cup to release the powder into the water, then shake the bottle until the powder is fully dissolved. Anyone in Thailand can purchase Freshdoze products via online e-commerce platforms — including TikTok Shop — as well as in select convenience stores, shopping malls, and other food retailers.


While Freshdoze has been a best-selling brand in-app on TikTok Shop, the Freshdoze team wanted to see how promoting their products on TikTok could help boost their sales offline.


The solution


Advertising made convenient, easy, and straightforward with Reach and Frequency


Freshdoze used a TikTok Reach and Frequency campaign to drive customers to purchase their products in convenience stores in Thailand. On TikTok, Reach and Frequency is a campaign buying type where advertisers can choose their audience size and when advertisements will be delivered. TikTok will then predict the outcome and total cost of the campaign.


Reach and Frequency campaigns are great for driving branding and awareness, and for promoting major brand events like product launches. These are ideal for campaigns that take a storytelling approach and only need minor monitoring and adjustments mid-flight.
