This TikTok Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy supplements the TikTok Privacy Policy and applies to TikTok services (the “Platform”), which include TikTok apps, websites, software and related services accessed via any platform or device that link to this Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. The Platform is provided and controlled by TikTok Inc. (“TikTok”, “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of consumer health data. Some of this data may be construed as biometric data under applicable law, such as faceprints and voiceprints from your User Content.
