THE TIKTOK AMPLIFY PROGRAM

The creativity of the TikTok community never ceases to amaze us! We'd love to showcase your Content by promoting and publicizing it as part of TikTok's advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns. As part of the TikTok Amplify Program, your Content may appear in advertising, on digital channels, on our owned and operated social media outlets, in blog posts, highlighted during public events, in live broadcast, or any other way we think would best highlight your amazing content. Your "Content" means your full, public TikTok video (including the audio), part of your TikTok video, and any images/frames taken from your TikTok video, and the "likes", "hearts", and comments associated with your TikTok video. Your participation in the TikTok Amplify Program grants us permission to access and use, as described below, your current publicContent and future public content without seeking any further approval from you.

By joining the TikTok Amplify Program, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• Your Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including their rights in any trademark, copyright, publicity, privacy, or suggest an association, endorsement, or sponsorship that doesn't exist;
• Your Content complies with TikTok's Terms of Service, PrivacyPolicy, Community Guidelines, or any other applicable terms;
• We may, as well as our authorized media agencies, and other approved third parties we work with, also have access to your Content, to use on our behalf for the purposes of the TikTok Amplify Program;
• We may use your Content without seeking further approval from you and without any liability to you (whether for payment, or otherwise);
• We have no obligation to use or promote your Content in any particular manner, or at all;
• We may use your username, image, voice, and likeness in connection with your Content, and to identify you as the source of any of yourContent;
• We may use your Content until you tell us not to. However, if you opt-out, you acknowledge and agree that we will not take down your Content from where we have used it prior to your opt-out and you acknowledge and agree that it may be difficult for us to remove all copies of your Content that we currently distribute or make available.

OPT-OUT OF THE TIKTOK AMPLIFY PROGRAM

You may opt-out of the TikTok Amplify Program entirely at any time by doing the following:

1. Access Settings from the Me page

2. Select TikTok Amplify

3. Toggle off TikTok Amplify

If you opt-out of participating in the TikTok Amplify Program, you can return and approve permissions for any new Content you publish after seven business days. However, any existing Content you excluded by opting-out will not be eligible to be approved again for use.
