There are a lot of main London attractions that aren’t worth your hard-earned pennies, with plenty of free or cheaper alternatives to usually choose from. Westminster Abbey does not fall into this bucket - it is absolutely phenomenal and one of my favourite tourist attractions to recommend. Beautiful, full of history and home to breathtaking architecture - I can’t recommend it highly enough. Tickets are £27 for adults, £13 for 6-17 year olds. Anyone under 6 gets in free. Students and 65+ can grab a reduced rate of £24. In terms of time, you’ll definitely spend around an hour here, probably longer. There’s a multimedia guide available which provides all the info you need on why certain things were built, the history of tombs and more. This is included within the price of admission. Note: no surprise that Westminster Abbey is incredibly popular since the King’s coronation - I’d advise booking your time slot at least a week in advance to avoid disappointment. A must add on your things to do in London list! #londontourist #londontourguide #londontip #londonhotspots #whattodoinlondon #londonadvice #thingstodoinlondon #londonguides #wheretogoinlondon #londonattractions #westminsterabbey #londonholidays #londontravelguide #londonfreeactivities #londononabudget #westminster #westminsterabbeylondon
