Cause we have to grow our yams (hamstrings) not just our a$$ so we don’t look like we’re walking around with a botched up BBL🫢🍑 Now with this variation, it’s best for people that have muscle imbalances and/or limitation. You’re able to isolate each hamstring to even and strengthen them up! Things to keep in mind: ✅Shin Pad needs to be placed in between your calves and ankle ✅Use a challenging weight that allows you to bring the weight up and down with NO MOMENTUM ✅Glue your quad to the pad to keep yourself stabilized throughout the movement! ✅Think of bringing your calve towards your hamstrings to contract those yams and slowly bring the weight back down to lengthen and stretch your hamstrings!
