75 HARD COMPLETED!🥳 75 days, 2 workouts each day (1 indoor & 1 outdoor) rain or snow, 75 gallons of water, 750 pages of self help books, 75 progress pics COMPLETE!! 425.6 miles walked, avg 11k steps a day 💪🏾 I finally completed the hardest challenge of my entire life. I struggled so bad with consistency for years and the result of that was letting myself go. I put everything before my self care & it landed me in an unhappy place. February 19th I vowed to myself to make a change. No gym membership, no trainer, no workout partner, no workout plan, no new gym clothes, limited equipment. I just followed the rules and the results followed. Although I’ve ended 75 hard, this is the beginning of something new. I will forever incorporate fitness in my life & putting myself FIRST.
