For years, Yakut has been marketed as good for your gut health. It’s supposed to increase the friendly bacteria. But here’s the truth, the other shit in it, ie maltodextrin, glucose and fructose syrup both create the wrong bacteria in your gut. In fact, this is misleading. God knows how they get away with this. If you change your food choices and eat mostly real food, stop the sugar, stop the wheat, limit the dairy, etc, your gut health will be on point. This is just bullshit.
