CHICKPEA PITA 🥙 A quick lunch which you can also take with you to work! 😋 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (4 servings, 15min prep time): -1 bell pepper -1 onion -2 cloves garlic Fry for a few minutes -1 can (220g) cooked chickpeas -1 Tsp each salt, paprika and dried herbs -1 heaped Tbsp Ajwar or tomato paste Cook 2-3 mins. Then mash down. Cut your pitas in half and generously add the filling. Brush with some oil and fry each side until golden brown. 🥬EASY VEGAN 7-INGREDIENT Chickpea Wraps are a balanced meal, quick to make, and taste incredible. Served with a healthy creamy curry dressing that keeps you wanting more. CHEAT LAHMACUN 🇹🇷 This is one of my favorite quick lunches, inspired by a Turkish lahmacun but simplified and full of protein. 😇 Much love Maya ✨ RECIPE (1 serving, 15min prep time): -100g (smoked) tofu, firm tofu works as well Grate in a bowl -1 Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tsp each paprika and cumin -1/2 Tsp garlic powder -salt, parsley and cilantro to taste Mix everything. Press on a wrap and fry in some oil for 4-5mins each side. -1/3 small cucumber -2 small Tomatoes -parsley and lemon juice Mix and add to the wrap with a sauce of your choice (I used sriracha Mayo). Roll it up and enjoy. - CHEAT LAHMACUN 🇹🇷 Das ist eines meiner liebsten schnellen Mittagessen, inspiriert von einem türkischen Lahmacun, aber seeehr vereinfacht und voller Proteine. 😇 Viel Liebe Maya ✨ REZEPT (1 Portion, 15 Minuten Zubereitungszeit): -100g (geräucherter) Tofu, Naturtofu geht auch. In eine Schüssel reiben -1 EL Tomatenmark -je 1 TL Paprika und Kreuzkümmel -1/2 TL Knoblauchpulver -Salz, Petersilie und Koriander nach Geschmack Alles vermischen. Auf eine Tortilla drücken und in etwas Öl auf jeder Seite 4–5 Minuten braten. -1/3 kleine Gurke -2 kleine Tomaten -Petersilie und Zitronensaft Mischen und mit einer Sauce deiner Wahl auf den Wrap geben (ich habe Sriracha Mayo verwendet). Recipe ⬇️ It only takes 10 minutes to make but is packed full of flavour 🤤 ✨Coaching/meal plans - link in my bio Macros👇 Calories 549 Protein 28g Fat 25g Carbs 48g Ingredients (1)👇 80g halloumi 1/2 red pepper 1/2 red onion 1tbsp honey 1tsp chilli flakes 1tsp paprika 2tbsp s&p seasoning 1 flatbread using @Deli Kitchen 10ml sweet chilli 10ml peri mayo Lettuce Slice the halloumi. Mix together honey, chilli flakes, paprika, and a splash of water. Coat the halloumi and cook until sticky and golden. Fry the onion and pepper until soft. Mix in salt and pepper seasoning. Heat the flat bread. Top with lettuce, the mixture, drizzle with peri mayo and sweet chilli.
