3 INGREDIENT RASPBERRY SYRUP💘🥰 Episode 1 of my v-day series—falling in love with your kitchen💖🍴lots of fun & festive recipes to come!! I’ve been making this super simple, minimal ingredients syrup recipe for years—it’s always a frozen fruit, water, and honey! Or whatever sweetener you prefer :) And for v-day coming up, I’m doing raspberry 💕 Which is SOOO good in a matcha—and the conversation heart ice somehow makes it taste better too🤌 To make… - Add 2 cups of frozen raspberries and 1/2 cup of filtered water to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer over low-medium heat and stir. Mash the raspberries as they defrost. Let this simmer on low for 5 minutes, and then turn off the heat. - Strain well, making sure to get all the liquid, and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then, stir in 1/4 cup of honey and 1 tsp of vanilla extract. The raspberry liquid should still be warm enough, so that the honey incorporates. - Transfer to a pour spout bottle and enjoy in matchas, coffees, mocktails, and more!! - Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. #valentinesdayrecipes #homemadesyrup #matcharecipes
