Toast 4 cups sunflower seeds till golden (20-25 mins). * Blend: Cool seeds. Toss in a food processor with 3 tbsp honey and a pinch of sea salt. As you blend, drizzle in avocado oil till creamy. * Store: Transfer to a mason jar. Keep in the fridge; use within a month.
