This Shrimp Stuffed Pasta Shell makes the perfect dinner! 🔥⬇️🥵 Ingredients: 🍝 16 pasta shells (for a medium size foil pan 12 pasta shells would be good but you want to make extra just in case it gets broken) Boil until al dente. About 10-12 minutes. (Let it rest for 3 minutes and then add the stuffing mixture) 🍝 Diced shrimp. I used Cajun, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and all purpose seasoning to season the shrimp 🍝 Finely chopped medium onion, red, yellow, and green bell peppers and minced garlic (I only used about 1/3 of each) 🍝 Combine your diced shrimp and vegetables and cook on medium heat for 2-3minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the pan 🍝 In the same pan, add in 1 tbsp of butter, 1 & 3/4 cup of heavy cream, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese. I used the same seasoning that I use to season the shrimp. (Feel free to add more heavy cream if you want it more saucy, just make sure to adjust your seasonings) 🍝 Add sauce to the bottom of your pan and stuff your shells with the shrimp mixture 🍝 Pour the sauce all over the top and top it off with mozzarella cheese. Bake covered on 375 degrees for 20 minutes (you can also check it at 15 minutes to see if it’s to your liking) and then broil uncovered on high for an additional 2-3 minutes #pasta #stuffedshells #shrimpdinner #shrimpstuffedshells #foodlover
