One of our favorite way to make mushrooms💗 Ingredients: 3- 4 cups of Shimeji mushrooms 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp mirin 1 tsp dashi or chicken powder Instructions: 1. Clean the Shimeji mushrooms thoroughly and trim off the tough ends if necessary 2. Separate the mushrooms into smaller clusters or leave them whole, depending on your preference 3. Add the Shimeji mushrooms to a hot pan. No oil is needed. Stir fry them for 2-3 minutes until they start to release their moisture and become tender. The mushrooms will naturally release moisture, preventing them from sticking to the pan 4. Add soy sauce, mirin, and dashi or chicken powder to the mushrooms. Stir well to evenly coat the mushrooms with the seasonings 5. Let the mushrooms simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes 6. Taste a mushroom to ensure it's cooked to your desired tenderness. If needed, cook for an additional minute or two 7. Once the mushrooms are cooked to perfection and have absorbed the flavors of the seasonings, remove the pan from the heat 8.
