Shake Shack Burger 🍔 recipe ⬇️ 4 double shackburgers 48 oz ground beef, into 4 oz patties Salt & pepper Sauce 1/2 cup mayo 1 tbsp ketchup 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard 1 tbsp pickle juice 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2-3 plum tomatoes Green leaf lettuce Burger buns Form the patties into 4 oz loosely shaped balls. This will make them easier to flatten & the edges will get crispier. Once flatten, sprinkle with salt & pepper. Wait until you see the edges crisping. Scrape and flip. Season again before adding slice of cheese. Stack and set aside. Toast buns in butter.
