What you need: - 1 cup quick oats - 2 servings vanilla protein powder - 1/4 cup natural peanut butter pinch of salt - 4-5 tbsp water (can also use plant based milk) How to: - Add oats, protein powder, peanut butter and salt to a mixing bowl. - Mix well, then add 1 tbsp of water at a time until a thick dough forms (it’s easiest to mix with your hands!) - Add any mixins that you want, I did a sprinkle of cacao nibs - Press into a container lined with parchment paper and let set in fridge for 10 mins. - Slice into bars and enjoy!
