Homemade bread loaf (recipe in previos videos) Chicken (shredded) 2 cup fine celery 1 cup small chooped onion 1 tap parsley flakes 2 eggs 1/2 tsp black pepper 2 1/2 tap salt 2 sticks butter 1/2 cup milk Cut bread loaf into cubes, place evenly on pan and let air dry for 2-3 days. Or you can bake in oven on 350 for 20-40 minutes. Prepare onion and celery by chopping. Add egg, milk, salt, pepper, and parsley and mix together. Brown butter by cooking until carmel color appearance. Put bread cubes into pan and Pour mixture over bread crumbs, then add butter and combine. Mix in shredded chicken. Cover and bake at 250 for 1 1/2 hrs or until done.
