Try out this copycat version of the Old Spaghetti Factory’s Brown Butter and Mizithra pasta. #brownbutter #brownedbutter #pastarecipe #oldspaghettifactory #easypastarecipe #mizithra 1 box of spaghetti noodles Two sticks of unsalted butter 1/2 pound of mixithra (block or shredded if your lucky 😉) Salt to taste 1. Put on a pot of heavily salted water to boil- you want your wanted to taste like the sea 2. Once your water is boiling add the spaghetti noodles and start on the butter- your butter should be done about the same time your noodles are ready 3. Brown the butter in a pot or pan big enough to hold the noodles. Don’t forget to stir the butter often!! This could take about 7-10 min 4. When the butter and pasta are done add reserve about 1/4 of the butter for plating. Add the pasta to the butter pot and add a handful of shredded Mizithra cheese. Toss everything together. 5. Plate and top with lots of extra cheese and a heavy drizzle of reserved brown butter 6. Enjoy!!! 🍝
