I will be posting easy, nutritious snack ideas that are perfect when the late night cravings hit😅 I’ve seen this high protein snack idea all over my page lately so I needed to try it and it did not disappoint!! You do need to make sure you are using almond flour and a good quality cottage cheese. 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/8 cup maple syrup blend in a food processor until creamy & pour into a bowl. Then add: 1 cup almond flour 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder you can melt 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips and dip the cottage cheese mixture into the chocolate or you can just add the 1/2 cup chocolate chips as is into the mixture. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens and that’s it!
