✨MICHELIN-AWARDED PIZZA IN LA✨ This is one of my favorite pizzerias in LA! Pizzana, from acclaimed Naples-born chef Daniele Uditi, has some of the best Neapolitan-style pizzas in LA. They’re also a recipient of a Michelin Bib Gourmand award, which means they serve Michelin-level food at affordable prices! Pizzana is one of my go-tos for pizza delivery, but this was my first time dining in and trying the other items on their menu — and I was BLOWN AWAY. For starters, you MUST order their wood-fired Broccolini dish even if you’re not usually a big fan of the vegetable. It was accompanied by so many delicious sweet, spicy, and rich flavors and was surprisingly one of my favorites of the night! One thing I love about Pizzana (besides their incredible thin crust that takes two days to make) is that they have so many pizza options ranging from classic to super creative. One of my favorites and a definite must order is their signature Cacio e Pepe pizza, which is inspired by the classic Italian cheese and pepper pasta dish of the same name. For my second pizza, I tried the Diavola. It was super interesting that they used a walnut romesco base instead of tomato sauce, and I loved the sweet and spicy flavors. Be sure to check their specials, because if they’re offering the chef’s famous pastas you MUST order some. I tried the Creste alla Vodka and it was so good it almost stole the crown from the pizzas! Good thing pizza makes for great leftovers, because you have to try their cult favorite Panna Cotta for dessert. It’s topped with salted caramel and caramelized pretzels and was the perfect balance of salty and sweet.
