ep 3: part 1 - naruto’s ramen from ichiraku ramen - tonkotsu miso ramen Menma: 1 can of bamboo shoots 1 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp light soy sauce 1.5 tsp mirin 1 tsp chicken powder 1/2 tsp sugar 1/2 cup water Miso tare, inspo from way is ramen (makes enough for 2-3 bowls): 1 tbsp white mis 1 tbsp red miso 1 tsp Mirin 1 tsp sake 1 tsp Soy 2 tsp Ginger 2 tsp Garlic Pinch Togarashi Pinch Sesame seed Naruto Ramen 1 Ramen egg 2 Narutomaki Slices 🍥 1 Spring onion, chopped Menma (bamboo shoot) 3 seaweed pieces 3 slices chashu 1 pack of instant ramen, tonkotsu ramen method: -in a saucepan, add all the ingredients for the miso tare and mix while cooking on high -once combined, turn heat to low and continue cooking until you can’t smell the alcohol from the sake then set aside -in a pan over med heat, add sesame oil and the drained bamboo shoots and sauté for 2-3 mins -add in the rest of the ingredients and cook until the sauce reduces and costs the bamboo shoots -cook noodles and broth to packet instructions, you can add the slices of narutomaki while cooking the noodles to cook it slightly -in bowl, add around 1 tbsp of your tare then pour in hot broth and mix -add noodles then rest of the toppings and time to get slurping #easyrecipe #naruto #ramen #tiktokfood #animefood #homemade #japanesefood #foryou
