The creamy strawberry sandwich, aka "ichigo sando", is a popular dessert in Japan, often sold at convenience stores. [Ingredients] 2 slices of Japanese milk bread 5 strawberries 100ml heavy cream 1 tbsp condensed milk 1.5 tbsp sugar Strawberry jam 1. Get a bowl of iced water, then put another bowl on top. 2. Add heavy cream, condensed milk, sugar. 3. Mix until pretty thick (this will take at least a few minutes). 4. Cut off crust from milk bread, cut off stem from strawberries. 5. Apply cream to both slices, add strawberries onto one slice. 6. Add jam into the pockets, cover the rest with cream, place other slice on top. 7. Tightly cover in plastic wrap, double layered. 8.
