It’s the most sneaky high protein recipe I’ve made 🤫💪🏼 so if you are looking for an easy, healthy dinner, this has gotta be it for you! ❤️ RECIPE: Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Slice your chicken sausage and sauté on medium high heat until golden. Cook your protein pasta. In a blender add 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and blend until smooth. Add your favorite pasta sauce to the sausage and stir in your blended cottage cheese. Mix in your pasta and top with mozzarella. This HONEY - LIME chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner to add to your rotation🍋‍🟩🍯 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast thinly sliced Seasoned with: Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 lime juiced 2 tbsp honey For the Cucumber & Avocado Salad: 1/2 cucumber quartered 1 avocado cubed 1/2 red onion sliced 1 tosp honey Salt & pepper to taste 1 lime juiced Minced cilantro For the sides I made white rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate and approximately 1 cup of shredded lettuce. This dinner was SO good I can't wait for you to give it a try 🙌🏼 Notes: slice chicken breast. Season the chicken. On a medium pan on (medium heat) add 1/2 tbsp avocado oil then add chicken once the pan is very hot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Turn heat down then add lime juice and honey. Allow for it to simmer for another 3-4 min or until sauce turns thick in texture. For the salad cut the veggies add all into a bowl and mix well. CREAMY CHICKEN 🤤 A delicious, healthy high protein meal for you to try. Save for later ☝🏼 •481 kcals •39g PRO, 63g CHO, 15g FAT Serves 2 -200g of uncooked chicken breast -500g of potato -2 tsp of garlic salt -Broccoli/broccolini -1 red onion -2 cloves of garlic -50ml of double cream -1 reduced salt chicken stock cube mixed with 300ml of boiling water (use more water if needed) -1 heaped tsp of Dijon mustard -Fresh parsley, chopped -Salt/pepper Method: 1. Wash the potatoes and slice into wedges (I like to leave the skin on). Par boil for 5 minutes. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Air fry for 25-30 mins until soft. 2. Boil the broccoli until soft. 3. Beat down the chicken before frying. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Spray a pan with oil and add the chicken breasts. Cook on either side for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. 5. One the same pan, add a drop of water. Then add the garlic and red onion. Stir and let simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Pour in the chicken stock and double cream. Mix in the Dijon mustard. Add the chopped parsley. Let it simmer again before adding back in the cooked chicken. 7. Coat each side of the chicken in the sauce. 8. A simple, healthy dinner that the whole family will enjoy 🍽️ Potato wedges: - slice 2 potatoes into wedges - toss in 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1 tsp salt - air fry at 375F for 22 minutes, shaking a few times between Grilled chicken: - slice a chicken breast in half lengthwise - add to a bowl with 2 tsp olive oil, 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 salt and a pinch of black pepper - grill for 5-7 mins per side until cooked through Lemon herb tahini dip: - mix together 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt, 2 tbsp tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp dried dill, 1 tsp garlic powder, and a pinch of salt Simple side salad: - add 3 cups spinach, 1/4 of a sliced red onion, 2 tbsp crumbled feta to a bowl - toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes This recipe makes about 2 servings. These teriyaki chicken thighs are one of our FAVORITE easy dinners! 🍚🍗🥑 It’s so easy to make your own teriyaki sauce at home, with healthier ingredients and lower sugar than most of the ones you can find at the store! This dinner comes together in about 30 minutes and is also perfect for meal prepping for lunch the next day 🙌 This recipe makes about 4 servings ↓ Ingredients: - 1/4 cup soy sauce - 1/4 cup water - 2 tbsp honey - 1 tbsp rice vinegar - 1 tsp minced garlic - 1 tsp minced ginger - 1 tsp sesame oil - 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs How to: - Whisk together the soy sauce, water, honey, rice vinegar, minced garlic & ginger, and sesame oil - Add the chicken thighs to a large bowl with about 1/3 of the sauce and toss to coat (save the rest for later) - Let marinate for at least 10 minutes - Heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium high heat, then pan fry the chicken thighs for about 6 minutes per side - Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate - Turn down the heat then add the remaining teriyaki sauce - Use a whisk or wooden spoon to scrape up anything stuck to the pan and simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens - Add the chicken thighs back to the pan and toss to coat in the teriyaki sauce Serve over rice with avocado, sesame seeds, green onions & the teriyaki sauce from the pan.
