This HONEY - LIME chicken is the perfect weeknight dinner to add to your rotation🍋‍🟩🍯 Ingredients: 1 chicken breast thinly sliced Seasoned with: Paprika Chili powder Salt & pepper 1 lime juiced 2 tbsp honey For the Cucumber & Avocado Salad: 1/2 cucumber quartered 1 avocado cubed 1/2 red onion sliced 1 tosp honey Salt & pepper to taste 1 lime juiced Minced cilantro For the sides I made white rice and added 1/2 cup to my plate and approximately 1 cup of shredded lettuce. This dinner was SO good I can't wait for you to give it a try 🙌🏼 Notes: slice chicken breast. Season the chicken. On a medium pan on (medium heat) add 1/2 tbsp avocado oil then add chicken once the pan is very hot. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Turn heat down then add lime juice and honey. Allow for it to simmer for another 3-4 min or until sauce turns thick in texture. For the salad cut the veggies add all into a bowl and mix well. Ingredients: @Poppi for the good vibes Cauliflower (I used 1 bag) Sweet potatoes, cubed (I used 4 small) 2 chicken breasts Juice of 1 lemon Seasonings for cauliflower: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, turmeric Seasonings for sweet potatoes and chicken: onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika @Baba’s roasted red pepper hummus @Esti foods official tatziki Instructions: 1. Toss cauliflower with avocado oil and seasonings 2. Bake in airfryer at 400° until crispy 3. Toss sweet potatoes woth avocado oil and seasonings 4. Bake in oven at 450° until crispy (may need to broil at end) 5. Season chicken and brown on both sides in cast iron pan - add juice of 1 lemon right before baking 6. Transfer cast iron to oven and finish baking chicken until internal temp reaches 165° 7. Cut chicken into cubes and return back to cast iron 8. Mix until chicken is well coated with chicken juices from cast iron 9. Would also be delish over rice, pasta, or potatoes 🤭 RECIPE (serves 4-6) 1 tbsp olive oil 1/2 of a yellow onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 lb cauliflower florets 12 oz jar of roasted red peppers, drained and chopped 2 lbs chicken breasts or chicken tenders (boneless + skinless) 1 + 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp oregano 1 + 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp black pepper Red pepper flakes, to taste 2.5 cups low sodium broth, more as needed 1 cup chopped baby spinach 3/4 cup crumbled feta 8 oz cream cheese Juice of 1 lemon 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat with olive oil. Add onions and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. 2. Add cauliflower, red peppers, chicken, seasonings, and broth. Add more broth as needed until everything is fully covered. Bring to a simmer; cover with a lid and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked throughto 165F. 3. Remove chicken and shred with forks. 4. Return chicken to pot along with spinach, feta, cream cheese, and lemon juice. Simmer for 5-10 more minutes to allow liquid to thicken a bit. CREAMY CHICKEN 🤤 A delicious, healthy high protein meal for you to try. Save for later ☝🏼 •481 kcals •39g PRO, 63g CHO, 15g FAT Serves 2 -200g of uncooked chicken breast -500g of potato -2 tsp of garlic salt -Broccoli/broccolini -1 red onion -2 cloves of garlic -50ml of double cream -1 reduced salt chicken stock cube mixed with 300ml of boiling water (use more water if needed) -1 heaped tsp of Dijon mustard -Fresh parsley, chopped -Salt/pepper Method: 1. Wash the potatoes and slice into wedges (I like to leave the skin on). Par boil for 5 minutes. Season with garlic salt and pepper. Air fry for 25-30 mins until soft. 2. Boil the broccoli until soft. 3. Beat down the chicken before frying. Season with paprika, salt and pepper. 4. Spray a pan with oil and add the chicken breasts. Cook on either side for 5-10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside. 5. One the same pan, add a drop of water. Then add the garlic and red onion. Stir and let simmer for 2 minutes. 6. Pour in the chicken stock and double cream. Mix in the Dijon mustard. Add the chopped parsley. Let it simmer again before adding back in the cooked chicken. 7. Coat each side of the chicken in the sauce. 8.
