Japanese curry Recipe: 500g chicken 1 tbsp ginger, grated 1/2 brown onion, sliced 1 large carrot, chopped 2 medium potatoes, chopped 1 tbsp oil 2 cups water 1 pack Golden curry sauce mix Method: Stir fry meat and vegetables with oil in a large pan on medium heat for about 5 minutes Add water and bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender (approx 15 minutes). Turn the heat off, break off the golden curry sauce mix into pieces and add to pan.
